Hi! My name is Marino Metcalf and I am the owner of M-Squared Computer Repair.
From a very young age, it was apparent that technology would be a deep rooted passion of mine. As a toddler, I was known as "Gadget Boy" since I would get caught red-handed taking things apart and attempting to put them back together. As I grew older, I enrolled myself into KTEC (Kootenai Technical Education Campus) while attending Coeur d'Alene High School. KTEC provided me with the technical training and education required to obtain my CompTIA A+ certification right out of high school which enabled me to start my career at Holy Family Catholic School as the Director of Instructional Technology.
HFCS has provided many opportunities for me to refine my technology expertise when it comes to end-user management, troubleshooting, server and networking maintence, and much more. Although, all of this would be trumped by my renewed passion for Education.
At M-Squared, I pride myself in enabling our clients to learn about the procedures taken to fix their devices and provide them with future trouble-shooting strategies to use themselves in hopes to create a self-sustaining technology cycle. In this, I offer public training events both online and in-person, as well as a suite of on-demand training resources for some of the most common applications within Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and iOS.
Outside of M-Squared, I am a full-time student at Western Governors University. I am in my last semester to obtain my teaching credential in hopes to land myself into a high school math classroom. As I said previously, teaching is a passion both in my personal and business life. I look forward to providing the best technology services in the Inland Northwest.
And remember: Don't Work With Geeks. Work with Pros!
